Target Overview

G protein-coupled receptor, class C, group 5, member D (GPRC5D) is expressed on multiple myeloma (MM) cells at all stages of disease, including B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) therapy resistant disease.1

Compound Overview

AZD0305 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) that binds specifically to GPRC5D expressed on MM cells.1,2 ADCs in the treatment of MM offer differentiation from engagers, as AZD0305 is not actively reliant on immune fitness.1

AZD0305 (formerly LM-305) has been acquired from LaNova Medicines.
