Vemzatatug vedotin (AZD0305) is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) that binds specifically to GPRC5D expressed on MM cells.1,2 ADCs in the treatment of MM offer differentiation from engagers, as vemzatatug vedotin is not actively reliant on immune fitness.1
Vemzatatug vedotin (formerly LM-305) has been acquired from LaNova Medicines.
